Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipments will be arranged by Cima Sandals, Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00 and sent from Colares, Portugal.

Orders placed during the weekend or public holiday will be processed the following working day. Shipments are possible all over the world through the local postal service.

It is not possible to change the address or the order after placing it.

Cima Sandals is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of Cima Sandals.

Domestic: 1-5 business days

EU: 1-10 business days

International: 1-20 business days

 

Customs

Cima Sandals is not responsible for any customs clearance fees incurred for shipments landing outside the EU.

Order tracking

Orders will be sent with an order tracking number, that can be accessed via the shipping confirmation Email sent after dispatch.
